EXCEPTIONAL+++++. All Valley Car Care on Bell Rd in Surprise is overall the very best auto repair center my wife and I have found during the past 10 years. Mark and Mike are excellent, firstly and simply because of "who they are," individuals who truly care, sincerely so, about the person coming through their door. Additionally and importantly, their in-depth knowledge and understanding of how to turn a car problem, or potential problem, into a highly positive outcome elevates this business to the top tier of all automotive businesses today. If you are like my wife and I were prior to learning about AVCC, which was very concerned about finding someone both trustworthy and highly competent, you absolutely owe it to yourselves to contact Mark or Mike, or stop by to introduce yourself and speak with them about your vehicle. You will be very glad you did.

All Valley Car Care took phenomenal care of us when we needed them! AC was not cooling at idle and at acceleration from a complete stop our engine was making an awful noise. A very close friend highly recommended all Valley Car Care. They very quickly diagnosed a leaking AC line and a bad motor mount. They were priced fairly and honestly and got it done quickly! They were very professional, friendly and personable.

I have an old vehicle that has been a pain to maintain and a lot a places I’ve been to just seems to not get it right and find the actual issues going on, until I found this place! This has been hands down the best places I’ve been for a car repair shop. They maybe a smaller shop and all but they know their stuff and are always transparent and reasonable with their prices. What made it even better is that my specific car( ‘02 Saturn SC2) one of the techs who does the repairs on my car lately actually had this car in his time and knows EXACTLY what I’m going through, it gives me great confidence that there’s someone who knows precisely what to do and look for when I’m having trouble with my car. I’ve been going here since and very satisfied that I will continue to keep coming here. For someone with a car that doesn’t even exist in the last 20 years and still be able to maintain and drive it, it’s because of these guys. To Mark,Matt, and all Tech guys there, you guys are amazing and sincerely thank for your service and support. I’ll see you guys next time.

Very disappointing service. If you own a European/German vehicle such as a Mercedes, I would strongly recommend seeking a specialized service provider. I took my daughter’s 2018 Mercedes GLS 350 (low mileage) to this shop due to a coolant warning. During the first visit, they advised replacing the coolant tank, which cost nearly $900. A few days later, the same issue reappeared. They then recommended replacing a filter for an additional ~$800. Despite proceeding with both repairs, the problem worsened within two days—the engine temperature started rising to critical levels. I even shared a video demonstrating the issue. They later informed me that the fan had been replaced and that the car should be fine. However, after keeping the car for several more days, they stated they could not reproduce the issue. When I pointed out the video evidence, I was advised not to drive the car far and to bring it back if the issue occurred again. At that point, I had lost confidence in the diagnosis and repairs. Ultimately, I decided to sell the car due to the unresolved issues and lack of accountability, despite the significant amount spent. I will be sharing my experience on other forums as well

Easy to schedule appointment online. Went in for regular maintenance/oil change ended up having to replace my serpentine belt. They were reasonably priced and very good customer service would highly recommend. Did not try to upsell me on replacing other things that aren’t needed right away, just told me what was urgent. Which was much appreciated.
